What we collect
When you join early access, we collect your email address and any optional problem type or message you submit. We also record the page and error code that led to the form, referral information, and UTM campaign values when present.
Basic analytics
We use Plausible Analytics to understand page views, early-access CTA clicks, email submissions, traffic sources, and which error guides convert best. Plausible is configured as a lightweight, privacy-focused analytics service.
How we use the information
We use the information to validate demand, prioritize Amazon error types, contact you about early access, and improve the troubleshooting content. We do not sell submitted email addresses.
File processing
This validation version does not accept Amazon flat files or connect to Seller Central. If file processing is added later, this policy will be updated before that feature is made available.
Retention and deletion
We retain early-access information while we evaluate and develop the product. To request access, correction, or deletion, reply to an email from FlatfileFix or contact the address published with the deployed service.
